Staging is a crucial component of the listing process.  Rather than our clients incurring this large expense, we have invested heavily in our business to provide this service at no extra charge.  We own the warehouse, we acquire the furniture, we employ the movers, and we install the staging.  We keep all of this in-house so we can provide the highest quality staging possible to our clients.
