I wanted to take a few minutes to both formally thank you and provide a written letter of recommendation for your work in selling our home at 2061 Camino al Lago in Menlo Park.

As anyone who knows me is aware, I am probably one of the most difficult customers to please.  As a senior manager who is constantly under demands by the market to perform at the highest level, the people who work with me have to be of the highest caliber or they don't last.  In a business environment or in our personal business, the standards are the same.  You are either world class, with a commitment to excellence, or don't even bother.

As you know, I was skeptical at first of my wife's choice of you to sell our home.  However, the incredible energy you put into us as your customers, your excellent design sense for staging a house, your attention to detail, your "get it done" attitude, and your accurate knowledge of the market have more than convinced me that we made the best choice possible.  It was your efforts to get our house staged and sold in a timely fashion, more than anything else, that made it possible for us to successfully conclude a tightly time dependent three property real estate transaction that got my wife into the house of her dreams.

It has been a pleasure dealing with you, and I would be the first person to call you if we ever needed another house in Menlo Park.  Once again, thank you for all of your efforts on behalf of my family.
